Sometimes, the client will give context about what type of ward or volume of patients at the clinical setting where this equipment is going to be used — the specifics around who [will] use (or) get treated with this. This assists in providing the right product recommendation. It should also be noted that none of the actual patient health data at Ambamedinex is identifiable as a person. Any incidental sharing of this kind is treated as strictly confidential, and will never be stored beyond that dialogue.
Your information only leaves Ambamedinex in the following narrow circumstances:
Logistics partners — to process deliveries and monitor shipments for you.
Authorised service engineers, they need to visit your site for an installation or calibration/warranty service.
Regulatory authorities — the CDSCO or other government agencies, where required by law.
Legal requirements — if we are compelled to comply with a legally valid court order or government directive.
In every case, however, we share the least amount of information necessary.
